DIRECT BOOKING
Payment, cancellation and security deposit
These conditions apply to bookings made directly with Los Álamos Breeze. Before paying, you will always receive a proposal stating the total price and the applicable booking conditions.
Cancellation
More than 30 days before arrival: refund of the amount paid, less a €50 administration fee.
Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total price is retained. 14 days or less before arrival, no-show or early departure: 100% is retained.
Security deposit
A €300 security deposit is required to cover damage or serious breaches of the house rules.
It will be requested before check-in and, under normal conditions, released or refunded within 48 hours after check-out once the property has been inspected.
The booking is only confirmed once Los Álamos Breeze has expressly accepted the request and the required payment has been received. Specific conditions stated in the booking proposal prevail where they are more specific.
